Welcome to Panache Bespoke. These terms apply when you use panachebespoke.com or place an order with us. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you order.

1. Who we are

Panache Bespoke makes custom and made-to-measure shirts and suits in our workshop on Ferozpur Road, Ichhra, Lahore 54600, Pakistan, and ships them worldwide. You can reach us at panachebespokeetsy@gmail.com.

2. Using our website

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the permission of a parent or guardian.
  • You agree to give accurate information, including your name, address and measurements.
  • We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

3. Made-to-order products

  • Every garment is made to order from the options and measurements you give us. Please check your choices and measurements carefully before you pay.
  • If something in your order looks unusual, our tailor may contact you before cutting. Production may wait until you reply.
  • Fabric photos are shown as accurately as possible, but colours can look different on different screens.
  • If a fabric runs out after you order, we will offer you the closest match or a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars unless another currency is shown at checkout.
  • Paid design options, such as a pin collar, tuxedo front or premium buttons, and urgent stitching are shown and added separately in your cart.
  • Payment is taken at checkout using the methods shown there. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
  • Prices do not include import duties or local taxes in your country, unless checkout says otherwise.
  • If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before making your order and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Making time and delivery

  • Making time: 5 to 6 working days. Urgent stitching: 2 to 3 working days.
  • Estimated delivery after dispatch: USA, UK, Canada and Europe 8 to 10 working days; Middle East 7 to 8 working days; rest of the world 10 to 12 working days.
  • Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control.

6. Duties and taxes

Any import duties, tariffs or taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the customer. If a parcel is refused or returned because these were not paid, no refund or replacement is due.

7. Changes, cancellations and returns

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, cutting may have started and the order cannot be changed. Returns, remakes and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All text, photos, designs and logos on this website belong to Panache Bespoke. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Panache Bespoke is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by couriers or customs. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

10. Privacy

We use your personal information only to make, ship and support your order, and as described in our Privacy Policy. We store your measurements so you can reorder easily, and we never sell your data.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Des Moines, Iowa, unless the consumer laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim where you live.
