How long does it take to make my order?
Regular making time is 5 to 6 working days. Urgent stitching takes 2 to 3 working days and costs an extra $15. Shipping time is added after your order is dispatched.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are made and shipped from our atelier in Lahore, Pakistan.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?

Suits: $50 shipping for one suit, and free shipping worldwide on 2 or more suits.
Will I pay import duties?
Your country may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. These are set by your country's customs and are not included in our prices.
Can I change the design of a shirt?
Yes. On any shirt, choose Customize to change the collar, cuffs, placket, pocket, back, bottom, fit and buttons, add a monogram, and enter your own measurements. To build a shirt from scratch, use Design Your Shirt.
How do I give my measurements?
Follow our Size Guide, then enter your measurements when you choose "My measurements" on a product. You can also order in a standard size.
Do you make suits?
Yes. We make 2-piece and 3-piece suits to measure, and you can also order just the blazer or just the dress pants. See Custom Suits.
